As a member of the L'Oréal corporate (CDMO team), I'm accompanying the business in executing its digital plans and supervising the technical aspects of the world's biggest Website Factory (WSF).
With the direct support of 2 consultants, I'm cascading the best SEO practices to the local the country managers of 470+ websites, thus ensuring the technical efficiency and the requirements adherence for proper crawlability, indexability and rankability of brands like L'Oreal Paris, Garnier, La Roche-Posay, Vichy, etc. A similar - more business-oriented - approach is adopted for the website masters.
Part of the role also requires the refinement of the SEO Governance & SEO project management processes, dealing with any Tech SEO work, including creating guidelines and operative approaches to avoid common mistakes and improving the execution with economies of scale.
I'm also consulting the business on creating innovative projects that marry up Machine Learning and SEO to transform the company's digital marketing landscape.
